SignLabz ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect:

Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address when you place an order

Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store card details)

Artwork files submitted for printing

Cookies and Site Statistics:

Our own visitor statistics count page views, the device and browser type, and your approximate location (country and city). They use a random ID saved in your browser (not a cookie) that is replaced every 6 months. We keep only a shortened IP address that can't identify you, and this data is never shared or sold.

Google Analytics cookies are used only if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you accept, Google receives information about how you use our site. You can change your choice any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Stripe, our payment provider, sets cookies during checkout to prevent fraud. These are needed for payments to work.

Your cart is saved in your browser so it's still there when you come back.

Data Security:

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store payment card information.
